Can a boss become a minion?

The official Steam description includes bosses among capturable enemies. It does not give a universal capture chance.

Why are there no percentages here?

This index helps identify a support role and a reported source. Quantitative balance, capture rules and capacity behavior have not been playtested by this handbook.
